Clinical experience relevant to my work as a dental expert witness

I qualified from the University of Sheffield School of Clinical in Dentistry in 2000.  I gained the diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2003, and an MSc in Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry from UCLAN in 2010. Early in my dental career I worked in several London hospitals in oral and maxillofacial surgery. I now work in private practice carrying out general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, adult cosmetically focused orthodontic treatment (largely Invisalign) and simple dental implantology.
I have undertaken training in dental implantology, orthodontic treatment and laser dentistry. I regularly attend courses and conferences on topics including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implantology.
I was a committee member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry for many years, and also am a member of the British Dental Association, Dental Protection Society, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and the Dental Law and Ethics Forum. In 2022 I was awarded Fellowship of the College of General Dentistry
When I have time I also write articles for dental publications.
